MINDFULNESS FOR TEENS FUNDAMENTALS, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED-

DATES AND INFORMATION ON EACH COURSE

The dates for this courses are not yet set. They will start in September 2020.

The specific dates will be available on our website summer 2020.

All courses are 12 week courses. These courses are for TEENS to participate in alone, unless they want their parents to do the course with them. During the course we may discuss things that are personal, so it is important that the kids have the space to express themselves.
