In this 1-day seminar you will get trained in mindfulness of emotions. The way we handle difficult emotions can be decisive for the quality of our lives and relationships. Together we will go through the root of anger, stress, fear, attachment, and self-criticism that can lead to us experiencing shame, blame and guilt, and will discover and understand for ourselves the workings of these emotions in any human being. This course will lead you to greater regulation of your emotions and will build compassion and empathy towards others.
