What this seminar is about:

This 1-day seminar trains participants in mindfulness of emotions. The way we handle difficult emotions can be decisive for the quality of our work environment, our productivity, our lives and relationships. In this seminar the participants will go through the root of anger, stress, fear, attachment, and self-criticism that can lead to shame, blame and guilt, and will discover and understand for themselves the workings of these emotions in any human being. This course leads to greater regulation of our emotions and builds compassion and empathy towards others' emotions.
