It also empowers and enables us to be true to and create the relationship we really want.

Creating True Intimacy

This is a 10 session Mindful Relating course that focuses on creating true intimacy in romantic relationships. It is appropriate for people both in and not in romantic relationships. In this course we focus on creating true happiness Vs. pleasure. We nurture true oneness and intimacy vs. addictive and dependent behavior/ relationship. We all have a purpose in life and when our most important relationship is not in alignment with who we really are and when we are not free to be ourselves, we cannot be truly fulfilled. This course is about freedom and being at one with ourselves and in our relationship.

Mindful Communication
Fundamentals

In this 11-session course, we will go through the fundamentals of mindful, non-violent communication. We will look at our unhealthy automatic ways of communicating and through understanding the dynamics of ego-based communication we will create a new way of communicating thus nurturing intimacy. This course enables people to deepen their relationship with themselves and others and strengthens one's ability to create common ground and loving communication.

This 10 session course focuses on bringing Self-Awareness to the way we communicate and to what influences the way we communicate. We will look more deeply on emotions that arise during difficult communications and bring compassion through understanding what really drives our reactions. We will also look how to transform complaints and create alignment in our relationships through communication.
